| 摘 要： | 介绍了天津本地电信No.7信令网及No.7信令网网管系统的结构 ,针对该网管系统在话务量统计中出现有误差的问题 ,介绍了操作测量的概念及相关的问题 ,并通过操作测量的试验找出了统计误差来自于单精度寄存器 ,指出了合理地使用双精度寄存器的必要性。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the structure about Tianjin local telecommunication No.7 signalling networks and No.7 signalling network Management System, in accordance with the errors problem in the traffic measurement about this network management system, it introduces the concept of operator measurement as well as other correlative problems, and by the operator measurement test, it finds out that the measurement errors come from single precision register, at same time, it gives the necessity of using double precision register reasonably. |
