| 摘 要： | 以中国智能手机产业为大背景,着眼于中国市场最引人注意的移动互联网公司——小米科技有限公司,分析其成立以来的专利布局状况,从专利申请的数量、分布、类型、涉及的具体领域等多方面进行统计分析。针对当下热点的声学研究,列举了一些小米公司在声学相关领域的专利申请,并借鉴国际知名大公司的专利策略,给出了一点意见。

| Abstract: | Based on the China smart mobile phone industry, the Chinese market most notably mobile internet corporation -Xiaomi Technology Co. Ltd. is focused, the patent situation since the establishment si analyzed, the statistical analysis from the number of patents, distribution, types, specific fields is given. The hot spot of acoustic researching is focused, and several patent applications on acoustics fields are listed. And with reference to international well - known companies＇ patent strategy, a point of view is given. |
