| 摘 要： | S100A1是钙结合蛋白家族S100亚家族中一个小分子量的酸性蛋白．研究S100A1蛋白分子在溶液中的构象均一性随不同钙高于浓度的变化规律，发现钙离子浓度的提高促使S100A1蛋白的寡聚化，稳定蛋白质分子的构象。

| Abstract: | S100A1 is a member of the small acid S100 proteins of the calcium-binding super-family. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) was employed to inspect the conformation behavior of the S100A1 with a variable calcium concentration.The statistical data shows that increasing the calcium concentration speeds the protein polymerization and stabilizes the conformation,which provides the benefit information for S100A1 crystallization. |
