摘    要:利用金基底电位变化时硫醇自组装膜的吸脱附性质, 通过改变基底电位和组装溶液, 用电化学方法在金基底上实现了传统自组装技术难以实现的硫醇分子的替换组装; 通过金基底的分区化设计, 用控制电位的组装技术在基底的不同微区内制备了不同末端官能团的硫醇及其衍生物自组装膜; 并在此基础上实现了纳米粒子的区域化组装.

Abstract:Substitution of one self-assembled monolayer (SAM) with another was difficult to complete us- ing traditional self-assembly techniques. However, this process could be conveniently accomplished by elec- trochemically directed desorption-adsorption approach, in which the potentials of the substrate were con- trolled to strip or to form SAMs. By usage of substrates with two Au areas insulated from each other, 4-aminothiophenol (ATP) and n-dodecanethiol (DDT) SAMs were prepared separately on different areas via electrochemical substitution assembly. Cyclic voltammetry showed that the electrochemical features were quite different at ATP and DDT coated areas, though these two areas were closely located. In addition, area-selective self-assembled monolayer of Au nanoparticles was successfully prepared on the substrates coated with different SAMs.
