| 摘 要： | 收入差距的扩大会带来严重的社会后果。农民收入增长缓慢是差距扩大的主要原因。农村土地资源的紧缺决定了农民增收的主要途径是农民向非农产业的转移，其中主要的是农村劳动力的转移。本文结合潍坊市的情况对此问题进行了分析。
