| 摘 要： | 高校档案管理信息化建设的核心是高校档案信息资源建设、即是馆藏档案、目录数据库、电子文档管理建设。随着管理信息化的发展,高校档案管理者应提高认识和管理技能,加大投入,增强紧迫感,以档案信息化建设带动高校档案工作的开展,实现档案信息资源的共享。

| Abstract: | The critical task in the information construction of archives management in colleges is the construction of archives information resources, including existing archives, catalog data base, electronic archives. With the development of digital management, the archives managers in colleges shall improve their knowledge and skills and organize the archives management with information technology so as to share the archives resources with desired users. |
