摘 要: | 在燃烧室高度6000 mm、直径140 mm、热功率0 15 MW的循环流化床燃烧试验系统上,研究煤在40%以上氧气浓度中的燃烧特性。试验结果表明,循环流化床在O2/N2气氛下、平均氧气浓度48.8%~52.3%范围内,可以实现普通烟煤的稳定燃烧;通过优化试验参数,煤的燃烧效率达到95.6%;物料循环量为404 kg/h,循环倍率为17.6。

Abstract: | In order to investigate the characteristics of coal combustion at oxygen-enriched atmosphere higher than 40%,experiments were carried out in a 0.15 MW CFB combustion test system with a height of 6000 mm and a diameter of 140 mm.The results show that the coal could combust stably at O2/N2 atmosphere with the average oxygen concentration of 48.8%~52.3%.Coal combustion efficiency could reach 95.6%with the optimization of experiment parameters.The amount of circulation material is 404 kg/h and the circulation rate is 17.6. |
