成像光学系统调焦量的迭代算法与分析

摘    要:为了解决在光学系统设计过程中不同调焦方案的调焦量与系统成像性能相结合的计算问题,以ZEMAX软件的宏功能为平台,建立一个能快速找到一个未知极值点的数学模型,以系统的成像性能为依据,通过逐步迭代计算与性能比较,得到系统最佳成像性能的调焦量数据。仿真实验表明该数学模型用于调焦量的计算是有效的,符合实际调焦结果。

Abstract:In order to solve the computing problem that the focus quantities of different focusing methods are correlated with system imaging performance in optical system design, a mathematical model that can quickly find an unknown extreme point on the basis of "macro" function in ZMAX program is set up. The focusing quantity of the best imaging performance through iterative computation and performance comparison is obtained, according to the imaging performance of the system. Simulation experiment proves that this mathematic model is very effective to the computation of focusing quantity and accords with the focusing result.
