Abstract: | We consider the axisymmetric problem of elasticity theory for a space with an elongated ellipsoidal cavity with mixed boundary conditions of smooth contact on its surface. The method of p-analytical functions is applied to reduce the solution of the problem to an infinite quasi-completely regular system of linear algebraic equations with upper bounded free terms that tend to zero as the index increases.
