Abstract:A three layer series-parallel model of the Voltage Shorted Compaction (VSC) method for conductivity measurement of organic conductor was proposed. According to this model, the mathematical expressions of conductivity and temperature dependence of conductivity of VSC device was obtained as well as the intrinsic properties of VSC measurement. Furthermore, the technical point for preparation of VSC device was dis-cussed.
