1,4-二硝基苯对藻型塘微宇宙的影响

摘    要:在室内微宇宙(V=40L)中,实验研究了1,4-二硝基苯(1,4-DNB)对模型池塘生态系统结构与功能的影响,在1,4-DNB质量浓度为0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8mg/L下,6d左右,浮游植物、浮游动物及细菌总数均受到不同程度的损伤与破坏,浮游动植物数量明显降低,叶绿素含量明显下降,细菌总数有降低趋势。同时,群落产氧量减少,呼吸量增加,Pg/R比值明显下降,1,4-DNB浓度越高,群落代谢变化幅度越大,但26d以后,明显好转。实验结果表明,生态系统微宇宙模型是评价环境整体生态效应的一种有效途径,为生态风险评价提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The effects of 1,4 Dinitrobenzene (1,4-DNB)on aquatic ecosystem were studied by pond microcosm (V=40L).Results obtained indicated that the species,density,biomes of algae,zooplankton,germ and the DO contents in water and the P g/R ratio of community were decreased dramatically after 6 days exposed in 0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8 mg/L 1,4-DNB.The higher the concentration,the broader the range of the community metabolism fluctuant.They all restored at different extent after 26 days exposure.It indicates that the model pond ecosystem is a satisfying tool for evaluating the holistic ecological effects of environmental chemical and provide scientific basis for ecological risk assessment.
