| 摘 要： | 应用原子吸收光谱法检测了子宫肌瘤、女性不孕症患者血清中微量元素Cu ,Zn ,Mg ,Cr的含量 ,发现子宫肌瘤患者血清内Cu ,Cr含量明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,Zn含量明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1)。不孕症患者血清内微量元素Zn ,Cr含量明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结果表明 :微量元素Cu ,Zn ,Cr代谢与子宫肌瘤有关 ,微量元素Zn ,Cr与女性不孕症有关

| Abstract: | Using AAs method, we detected serum Zn,Cu,Mg,Cr in the women with barrenness and hysteromyoma disease The results showed that the level of serum Cu and Cr of women with hysteromyoma were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group ( P <0 01), the level of serum Zn of those were significantly lower than those in the control ( P <0 01) In the serum of those with barrenness disease ,the level of Zn,Cr is significantly lower than the control group ( P <0 01).It is suggested that trace element Cu,Zn,Cr are interrelated with hyteromyoma disease, Zn,Cr are interrelated with women barrenness disease. |
