| 摘 要： | 从电信网络管理和数字移动通信网络管理入手，介绍了通信网络管理的普遍性。分析有线电视网络的发散性和汇聚性，路权管理技术及其在有线电视网络管理中的应用。路权管理技术与条件接收技术协调互补，促进了有线数字电视的发展。

| Abstract: | Starting with the introduction of telecom network management and digital mobile communication network management, it shows us the universality of communication network management. And it analyzes the dispersing and centrality of the CATV network and addressable path management technology, as well as its application in CATV network management. The addressable path management technology can be complementary with conditional access technology, which accelerates the development of digital CATV. |
