with –0.248 x0.300 can be obtained by annealing prereacted samples at 0.01–1 bar oxygen partial pressure. Samples withx=–0.248 are semiconducting, samples at 0.239x0.300 are metallic withT
c increasing from 92.2 to 94.0 K for annealing in 0.02–1 bar O2. |
