假丝酵母类金属硫蛋白的分离、纯化及功能研究

摘    要:假丝酵母Cu-12(Candida sp.Cu-12)经Cu^2 诱导产生的蛋白进行Sephadex G-100和纤维素DE-52分离纯化及理化性质测定,获得的蛋白具有四个亚型,其主理化性质均与MT的定义相符,因此确定得到了假丝酵母的类金属硫蛋白,同时测定了该Cu—MT清除羟自由基和氧自由基的能力.

Abstract:The protein was produced from Candida sp. Cu-12 induced with CuCl2, isolated by means of Sephadex G-100 and DEAE-cellulosecolumn chroma tography, and determined physicochemical characteristics. Four types of this protein were found and most physicochemi-cal characteristics were in line with the definition of metallothionein. So those proteins were metallothionein-like protein of Candida sp. Meanwhile, the ability of Cu-MTs to scavenge hy-droxyl radical and oxygen radical was determined.
