摘    要:介绍了近几年荧光能量转移体系用于DNA分析测定方法的进展 .通过实验对吖啶橙 (AO)_中性红 (NR)荧光体系能量转移进行分析 ,说明使用该体系可用于对DNA定量测定 .然后通过Forster能量转移理论 ,计算DNA加入前后AO_NR体系临界距离变化 ,从某种程度上说明DNA对AO_NR荧光淬灭的影响 .

Abstract:This paper introduces recent progress in method of applying fluorescence energy transfer system for the determination of DNA. The energy transfer of Acridine Orange (AO) Neutral Red(NR) system is invested by our experiments, in order to prove the possibility of quantatively testing DNA with the fluorescene probe of this system. At the same time, Critical ranges of AO NR, before and after the addition of DNA, are calculated respectively, according to the Forster theory of energy transfer. Thus, to some extent, we illustrate the influence of DNA on AO NR fluoresence quenching.
