| Abstract: | Analysis of preparations of tetracycline from the absorption spectra and the dispersion of optical rotation makes it possible
to determine the concentrations of its main impurities—anhydrotetracycline, 4-epitetracycline, and 4-epianhydrotetracycline—with
an error no larger than 4%.
