人体上肢运动测量中肩关节旋转中心的估测

摘    要:在人体测量中,肩关节中心的位置要通过其与肩峰的位置关系进行估测.研究了通过肩峰与肩关节中心的相对位置来确定肩关节旋转中心方法.在对人体上肢进行必要的简化和刚体假设的前提下,用电磁跟踪系统或三维摄像系统跟踪附着于肩峰和上臂上标记点的位置,根据本研究方法便可得到肩峰和肩关节中心的位置关系.通过实验得出了肩关节中心与肩峰位置之间的近似距离,实际测量误差的绝对值均小于2.7cm.考虑传感器贴放的误差及皮肤与骨骼间相对滑动的误差等多种误差的存在,实验结果是可以接受的.实验结果也表明,建立肩关节坐标系时可以用肩峰位置代替肩关节中心.

Abstract:In the measurement of human upper limb,the position for the center of shoulder joint can be supposed by comparative position to acromion.The way how to ensure the comparative position had been researched.Based on the upper limb being supposed as a rigid body and the joints being simplified,the relationship between the acromion and the center of the shoulder was measured by the positions of markers which was gotten by electromagnetic tracking system or three-dimensional measurement system based on general cameras.Distance between the acromion and the center of the shoulder was calculated by the data of this experimentation.The absolute value of error was smaller than 2.7 cm.For affecting by some errors,such as the error of placement of sensors,the error of relative slip between skin and bones,the results are acceptable.The results also show that the acromion can be used to take place the center of the shoulder joint when the system of the shoulder joint is constructed.
