| Abstract: | The currently available data on the structure and reactivity of fullerenes, including the formation of metal complexes (including
optically active ones) with fullerenes as ligands, are briefly surveyed. The properties and reactions of fullerenyl radicals
and endohedral complexes are considered.
The review is based on the report of the same name delivered at the XVI Mendeleev Congress (May 28, 1988, St. Petersburg).
