小管径三排管开缝翅片传热特性的实验与数值研究

摘    要:本文对应用于二氧化碳跨临界空调制冷循环的三排管小管径开缝翅片管换热器空气侧的传热及阻力性能进行了实验与数值研究,数值模拟结果与实验值的最大偏差仅为10%.此外,通过四种途径研究了倾角对换热的影响,发现倾角有利于换热强化但换热量的增加不及压降的增加.

Abstract:Heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics on the air side in three-row slotted fin-and-tube heat transfer surfaces with small diameters applied in a trans-critical CO_2 air--conditioning or refrigeration cycle are studied experimentally and numerically.AU the numerical results are in agreement with the related test data within 10%deviation.Besides,influences of a slotted inclination angle on heat transfer are analyzed with four difierent methods.It iS found that the slotted inclination angle could enhance heat transfer with more evident pressure drop.
