| Abstract: | The analysis method of experiment design with signal factor is given in this paper. The optimum experimental conditions of using spectrophotometricy to determine the microamount of As are obtained with this method. Based on it we get the ideal work curve and it has been applied to the determination of microamount of As in preparing to deal with the bacteria in the difficult to sork gold ore with satisfactory results. |
