Abstract:Quercetin 3 O rhamnoside was extracted from the leaves of Leucaena Glaucal (L.) Benth, a kind of leguminous plant. The extract was characterized by UV absorption, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, FT IR, and FT Raman spectroscopy. In this paper, FT IR and FT Raman spectra of the compound were reported and the major bands in the spectra were assigned and discussed in details.
