摘    要:本文介绍了聚酰亚胺树脂粉在金刚石抛光片中的应用。由于聚酰亚胺树脂耐热温度高和耐磨性好,由它制作的金刚石微粉抛光片具有使用寿命长、磨削效率高和被加工工件的表面粗糙度低等优点。TG-DSC分析表明:聚酰亚胺树脂粉在360℃之前的热稳定性较好,固化温度选择在230℃。SEM分析表明:在抛光过程中起磨削作用的主要是金刚石颗粒。如果树脂的耐磨性能差与耐热温度不高,金刚石颗粒过早地脱落是引起抛光片寿命不长与加工工件表面粗糙度高的主要原因。

Abstract:In this paper, a polyimide resin micropowder which is used as a new kind of resinoid bond of diamond optical polishing pills is presented. Because of the high heat resistance and good wear resisting properties of polyimide, the polishing pills made by it show significantly improved wear life, a better glass removal rate and a superior workpiece surface finish. TG DSC curve shows that it is stable under 360℃ when heated and its caring temperature is 230℃. Polishing mechanism of this polishing pills is analyzed with SEM. The results show that the diamond grit in the polishing pills plays an important part in grinding during polishing, the superior heat accommodating characteristics of polyimide resins ensure that bond charring and wear out are minimal, thereby preventing the premature pull out of abrasive particles which in turn ensures a long life and a good surface finish.
