苏云金芽胞杆菌的分离与鉴定及高毒力菌株的筛选

摘    要:从湖北、湖南等省的土壤中分离得到14株苏云金芽胞杆菌菌株.血清型分析表明,苏云金芽胞杆菌分离株分别属于30个血清型中的3个血清型,另有两个与所用标准菌株的抗血清无凝集反应的菌株.观察和测定了苏云金芽胞杆菌分离株的形态和毒力,并用十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)分析了菌株的晶体蛋白成分,筛选到2株高效杀鳞翅目害虫的苏云金芽胞杆菌;并用特异性引物PCR检测了这些菌株的杀虫基因.

Abstract:Some isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) were obtained from soils of Anhui and Hubei Provinces of China.Most Bt isolates belonged to 3 sorts of 30 serotypes,and 2 of them had no reaction with all standard serotypes.The crystal proteins of Bt isolates were investigated.2 of Isolates were high activity against Lepidopteron.The cry gene had been tested by PCR.It was shown that Bacillus thuringiensis is actually soil microorganism.
