Abstract:A preparative method is proposed for obtaining N-substituted 1H-4-hydroxy-2-oxoquinoline-3-acetic acid amides. X-Ray diffraction analysis of one of the synthesized compounds has been carried out. The effect of the obtained substances on thyroid gland function has been studied.
