Plasma activated catalysis for carbon dioxide dissociation: A review

Abstract:In this paper, we have discussed the perspectives on plasma activated catalysis specifically for carbon dioxide dissociation. An insight has been provided on various types of plasma set-ups used for carbon dioxide dissociation, along with the role of plasma chemistry and reactor design considerations in such chemical processes. Effectiveness of various types of plasma for carbon dioxide dissociation have been reviewed in detail.
