小鼠血液阻抗频谱特性及其等效电路模型分析

摘    要:在0.01~100MHz频率范围,使用Agilent 4294A阻抗分析仪测量了小鼠血液细胞交流阻抗,通过Bode图、Nyquist图及Nichols图的数据以及等效电路模型曲线拟合分析,建立了小鼠血液细胞阻抗频谱特性和等效电路模型参数.研究表明:(1)小鼠红细胞阻抗谱的幅模量和相位角具有频率依从性;(2)小鼠血液细胞阻抗频谱具有2个特征频率(FC1=2.8MHz,FC2=4.2MHz);(3)小鼠血液整体细胞膜电容Cm=120F·cm^-1,细胞膜电阻率〉10MΩcm.

Abstract:The AC impedances of mouse blood cells are measured with the Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer at frequency range of 0.01~100 MHz,then its spectral characteristic and equivalent circuit model parameters are determined by the Bode plot,the Nyquist plot and the Nichols plot.The results show that:(1)The impedance amplitude and phase angle of mouse blood cell are frequency-dependent;(2)The impedance spectrum of mouse blood cell have two characteristic frequencies(FC1=2.8 MHz,FC2=4.2 MHz);(3)The whole blood cell membrane capacitance Cm=120 F·cm^-1,and cell membrane resistivity is found to be more than 10 MΩcm.
