| Abstract: | By measuring and calculating linear mass of satellite photographs in South
liaoning area,contoured diagram and perferred orientation distribution diagram of
linear mass and rose diagram are drawn.There diagrams show that Zhanghe-Wa-
fangdian-Changxing island divides South Liaoning area into two parts Northand South,
which have features of geologic-tectonic unit respectively.This division not only
fits with focal mechnism solution but also makees it clear that statistical law of
linear mass is similar to undulating forms of Moho.So a conclusion is obtained
that statistical law of linear mass can reflect structural general conditions deep in
the earth. |
