摘    要:近年来由于微波化学的快速发展使人们认识到微波作为一种手段对化学反应的过程有着深刻的影响,在材料领域更是得到了日益广泛的应用,因此把微波应用于结晶过程也成为人们关注的热点。早在1966年磁场就被应用于晶体的生长。近年来,已有很多文献报道电场、磁场对晶体生长的影响。

Abstract:Static electric field,static magnetic field and microwave field can be used to control the growth and structures of crystals and have been widely used in material industry.The crystallization of calcium sulfate was studied under four different experimental conditions:water bath heating,microwave heating,water bath heating with electric field and water bath heating with magnetic field.Through special temperature-control methods,the same temperature rising has been achieved in both microwave heating and traditional water bath.The structures and properties of calcium sulphate crystals were investigated by SEM,while the apearance was investigated by XRD.The analyses show that the structure of calcium sulfate crystal may vary with different physical conditions.However,its structure under microwave heating differs most from others.Meanwhile,the ingredients by microwave heating are appreciably different from those by tradition heating.There is a little semi-hydrated calcium sulfate produced under microwave heating,which can only be obtained at a much higher temperature.These studies provide a reference for controlling and changing the structure and properties of crystals.
