| 摘 要： | 从南京森林公安高等专科学校一、二年级学生体能现状调查和比较分析得知高年级学生体能出现消退现象,提出在基础体能课程中采用强化式训练模式,以及通过举办各种运动项目俱乐部等手段,以持续发展和保持学生的体能水平,推动警体基础体能课程向规范化、合理化和科学化方向发展。
