过低劳动工资标准对经济发展影响的分析

基于我国劳工权益受损、收入低的现实,提出了过低的劳工标准会损害经济与社会经济的可持续发展。从低素质劳动力阻碍产业升级,劳动者收入过低无法扩大内需,劳工标准过低并不利于就业,与构建社会主义和谐社会目标不符合等四个方面展开,论证了提高劳动工资标准的必要性。

Analysis of Effects on Economic Growth by Labor Standards

Based on the reality of low income in our country,the paper believed abnormal low labor standards will hurt the country's sustainable development.That is because poor qualities and low efficiency prevent the industry from upgrading,the demand at home connot be enlarged because of the labor's too low income.The labor's too low income is not good for employment.It is not in accordance with the construction of the socialist harmonnious society etc.by that,this thesis suggests to improve labor standards.
