摘    要:建立了化学抑制电导检测离子色谱法定性定量分析蔬菜硝酸盐含量的方法。阴离子分离柱DionexAS14柱(4mm×250mm),保护柱IonPacAG14(4mm×50mm)。流动相为1.7mmol.L-1NaHCO3,1.8mmol.L-1Na2CO3。流速1.2mL.min-1,自动连续再生抑制装置SRS-ULTRA4mm。线性范围为0.1~100.0mg.L-1,线性关系为0.9997,检出限为0.05mg.L-1。应用此法,测定了多种蔬菜硝酸盐含量。方法操作简单、快速、基体干扰少、灵敏、准确。

Abstract:An ion chromatographic method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of nitrate in vegetables was established. The analysis was performed under conditions of a Dionex AS14 separation column (4 mm250 mm) and an Ion Pac AG14 protection column (4 mm50 mm). The mobile phase composed of 1.7 mmolL~(-1) NaHCO_3-1.8 mmolL~(-1) Na_2CO_3 was used at a flow sate of 1.2 mLmin~(-1) driven by an auto regeneration suppressor SRS-ULTRA 4 mm. Linear working curve was obtained in the range of 0.1 mgL~(-1)~100 mgL~(-1) with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 0. Detection limit was 0.05 mgL~(-1) for nitrate. The method has been applied to the determination of nitrate in several kinds of vegetable with satisfactory results.
