| Abstract: | Summary Cross polarized power resulting from depolarization of electromagnetic waves by a statistically rough surface is calculated. This is done for a circularly polarized incident wave and a homogeneous dielectric surface with either a Gaussian or an exponential correlation function. The polarized return power is also obtained so that comparison between the two could be made. |
