Modelling Hierarchy for Simulation of Semiconductor Devices |

| Abstract: | The hierarchical models for computer simulation of semiconductor devices are reviewed. A comparison is given to clarify the fundamental assumptions and the applicability of these different models. A guidline is also proposed for the proper use with these models. |
