| 摘 要： | 建立了用反相高效液相色谱测定青霉素Ｇ酶促裂解产物的方法。以与分离程度和分析时间有关的ＣＲＦ为目标函数，用改进的单纯形法对流动相进行优化选择。结果表明本法快速、准确、简便。
