电压反馈的三次微分简易示波伏安法研究

摘    要:本文提出了电压反馈的三次微分简易示波伏安法。将经典d^3E-E信号与一个适当相位的交流电压相迭加,使d^3E-E曲线变成去极剂峰的于i^pppf-E曲线。在此基础上将d^3E-t的电压信号反馈到d^2E-t的电压信号上,从而使i^pppf-E曲线上的部分充电电流得到了补偿,提高了测定的灵敏度。通过对几种金属离子和药物的定量测定表明,方法示波图稳定,测定结果准确可靠,是一种仪器简单、操作简便的分析法

Abstract:A new oscillographic method,the third-order differential oscillovoltammetry with voltage feedback, is described. An curve is obtained by adding an A. C. voltage at a suitable phase to the signal of d3E/dt3-t in order that the peak height of the depolarizer can be measured easily.The voltage signal of d3E/dt3-t is then fed back to the signal of d2E/dt2-t,so that the partial charging current on the curve can be compensated. Thus, the sensitivity is enhanced.The results of direct determination of several metal ions and drugs indicated that the oscillograms are stable and reproducible, and that the results are accurate and reliable.It is indeed a simple instrumental method, which can be manipulated easily.
