| 摘 要： | 观察非洛地平缓释片对稳定型心绞痛的疗效。用自身对照及单盲随机对照性，以心绞痛发作次数，硝酸甘油消耗量和心电图运动试验的变化为判断指标。非洛地产缓释片可减少心绞痛发作次数和硝酸甘油消耗量，改善心电图运动试验的中ＳＴ段下降，并增加运动耐量，非洛地平缓释片对稳定型心绞痛有较好的治疗效果，其作用优于硝苯吡啶平片及其控释片。

| Abstract: | To observe the efficacy of felodipine extended release on stable angina pectoris.The daily times of the chest pain,the dose of nitraglycerin,and the changes of electrocardiogram during exercise test were analysed in an open test and randomized,crossover study in 53 patients.Felodipine extended release redused the times of the chest pain and the nitraglycerin administration,improved the ischemic changes in exercise test.Felodipine extended release holds therapeutic effect on stable angina pectoris,and is superior to nifedipine and nifedipine controlled relase in antianginal efficacy. |
