肝硬化患者血清微量元素与免疫功能的相关性研究

为探讨肝硬化患者血清中微量元素含量与细胞免疫功能的相关性,将70例肝硬化患者根据代偿期及失代偿期分为两组,30例健康体检者为对照组,用日立7170A型全自动生化分析仪检测了血清中的镁、铁、铜、锌含量,流式细胞技术检查了外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞。结果表明,肝硬化患者血清镁、铁、锌水平显著低于对照组;血清铜水平显著高于对照组;CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞低于正常对照组,以失代偿期改变明显。肝硬化患者血清铜水平与CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞呈负相关,血清锌水平与CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞呈正相关。提示肝硬化患者微量元素代谢异常与细胞免疫功能下降有一定的联系。

Study on the Correlation between Serum Levels of Trace Elements and Immunity Function in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

To study the correlation between serum levels of trace elements and immunity function in patients with liver cirrhosis,70 patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into two groups according compensation and decompensation, serum levels of magnesium, iron, copper and zinc were determined by Hitachi 7170ATM biochemical analysator, the T cell subsets were counted by flow cytometry. The same items were detected in 30 healthy individuals as control.The showed that the serum magnesium , zinc , iron of liver cirrhosis were significantly lower than control group. The serum copper of liver cirrhosis were significantly higher than control group. CD3 , CD4 , NK cells of liver cirrhosis were significantly lower than control group. The change was significant in decompensation group. Linear correlation analysis showed that serum copper had a negative correlation with CD3 ,CD4 and NK cells and zinc had a positive correlation.It concluded the derangement of trace elements may had correlation with immunity function.
