Interphase transport of iron(III) chloride by means of macrocyclic ligands

A study has been made for the first time of the transport of an iron(III) salt through a dichloroethane liquid membrane involving, by means of macrocyclic compounds containing donor oxygen, nitrogen, and sulfur atoms as well as certain functional groups in the ring.
