| 摘 要： | 以骨胶为原料，进行酸水解，用亚硝酸钠氧化，７３２阳离子交换树脂层析分离提取Ｌ－羟脯氨酸和Ｌ－脯氨酸。得到纯的Ｌ－羟脯氨酸和Ｌ－脯氨酸均在（７．１～７．２）％左右，产品质量均达到出口标准。

| Abstract: | A process for isolating L-hydroxyproline and L-proline has been presented in this artical.The method is that bone glue,which is used as raw material,is treated by acidic hydrolyzing,chromatographed by use of positive ionexchang resin 732,and then used sodium nitrite to oxided it.After that,the two foresaid amino acids can been isolated from treated solution.The yields of obtained pure L-hydroxyproline and proline are all in region of 7.1-7.2%.The qualities of the two products have been up to the standard of export. |
