腹泻病的电话访问抽样方法和实施

目的:探讨电话访问的抽样方法。方法:电话访问重庆市主城区居民腹泻病的两周患病率,设计分层、PPS、等概率相结合的四阶段混合型抽样,其中第二阶段设计四种方法,即字冠等权抽样、街道定权抽样、电话局定权抽样、街道PPS抽样。结果:字冠等权抽样的空号率为52.62%,拨号效率最低,街道PPS抽样的空号率为14.68%,拨号效率最高。结论:街道PPS抽样拨号效率高,电话局定权抽样覆盖面更广、随机性更好,可选择其一或将两种方法结合使用。

Sampling Methods and Application of Telephone Survey for Diarrahea

Objective:To explore the sampling method of telephone survey.Methods:A population-based telephone survey about diarrhea of inhabitants in urban areas of Chongqing city was conducted.A 4 stages mixed sampling method including stratified,PPS,equal-probability was designed.In the second stage,4 methods were designed including the Prefix Equal Weight Sampling,The Block Fixed Weight Sampling,The Telephone Bureaus Fixed Weight Sampling,the Block PPS Sampling.Results:The inexist-number rate of the Prefix Equal Weight Sampling was 52.62%,the calling efficientcy of which was lowest.The inexist-number rate of the Block PPS Sampling was 14.68%,the calling efficiency of which was highest.Conclusion:The calling efficiency of the Block PPS Sampling was high,the Telephone Bureaus Fixed Weight Sampling civered broader area and put up better randomicity.It is better to chose one of the two methods or a combined method.
