| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆拥有较丰富的科技文献信息资源及人才和技术优势，应当突破传统的管理模式和服务方式，顺应时代的发展要求。根据社会需要，深入开发科技文献信息资源，在为校内教学、科研服务的同时，应积极面向经济建设的主战场，为中小企业服务，开展各种形式的科技文献信息服务。
