| Abstract: | After the WTO entry, China is confronting some problems, such as the foundamental regulations of WTO, how to use the regulations to prot ect our own rights, how to learn and deal with the technological barriers and ho w to use the principles to solve the disputes, etc., China should adapt to the W TO regulations in order to pursue advantage and avoid damage, and compromise in the globe economy system. |
