| Abstract: | formula: see text] We describe a practical parallel synthesis of (3'R,4'R)-di-O-cis-acyl 3-carboxyl khellactones on a solid phase in high yield. The highlights of this synthesis include a Knoevenagel condensation, asymmetric dihydroxylation, catalyzed acylation, and product cleavage from the solid support. |
