太原市城,郊青少年儿童膳食结构调查

营养摄入水平是后天环境因素中影响青少年与儿童生长发育的重要因素。调查结果表明：目前太原市城区、郊县青少年与儿童的每日膳食结构普遍存在营养摄入失衡与不足的现象。建议市政府及有关部门应积极采取措施，尽快制定太原市青少年与儿童膳食结构方案

Investigation on Diet Structure of Youngsters and Children in City Proper and Suburbs of Taiyuan

The level of absorbing nourishment is an important factor in the postnatal circumstances factors which have an influence on grouth and development of youngsters and children.From the result of investigation,it is indicated that,at present,daily diet structure for youngsters and children in Taiyuan proper and suburbs universally presents the phenomena of unbalance and insufficiency of nourishment.The municipal government and related departments should vigorously adopt measures to improve this situation,and lay a plan of diet structure of youngsters and children in Taiyuan as soon as possible.
