摘    要:对双外涵变循环压缩系统进行了建模和全三维数值模拟,分析了模式转换过程中第二外涵道倒流对系统气动性能及部件匹配规律的影响。随着倒流流量的增大,变循环压缩系统的第一外涵道比和总涵道比提高,风扇总压比升高,CDFS与高压压气机的总压比降低。倒流主要影响风扇后面级的气动性能。倒流导致CDFS进口流场发生畸变,CDFS下游第一分流环局部流场严重恶化,应及时调节系统控制参数防止压缩系统失效。

Abstract:A three-dimensional model of compression system in a double bypass engine is established,and the influence of second bypass recirculation during mode transition on the system aerodynamic performance and matching characteristics is investigated through numerical simulation.The increase of recirculation massflow is accompanied by the rise of the system first and total bypass ratios,the fan total pressure ratio will also increase whilst the CDFS and HPC total pressure ratio will decrease.Recirculation mainly influences the aft stage of the fan,and incurs inlet distortion at CDFS inlet.Flow conditions in the CDFS downstream will be deteriorated due to recirculation,which requires timely control regulation to ensure steady system operation.
