介电弹性体致动器的结构设计及应用

摘    要:介电弹性体作为一种新型的电活性高分子聚合物,当受到电场的激励时会产生变形,撤销电场后能够恢复原状,具有将电能直接转换为机械能的特点。通过将其设计成具有不同结构的致动器,能够提高变形能力,并且满足不同的应用需求。本文介绍了介电弹性体致动器的致动机理,阐明了它们是能够以直线方式产生运动的线性致动器,在此基础上可设计出不同结构的致动器,主要归纳了各种介电弹性体致动器,从它们的性能特征、加工技术和潜在应用等方面进行了讨论。

Abstract:As a new type of electroactive polymer, dielectric elastomer can be deformed when excited by an electric field, and can be restored to its original state when the electric field is cancelled. It has the characteristic of converting electrical energy directly into mechanical energy. By designing them as actuators with different configurations, it is possible to increase the deformability and meet different application requirements. In this paper, the actuation mechanism of dielectric elastomer actuators is introduced, and it is clarified that they are linear actuators capable of generating motion in a straight line manner. On this basis, actuators of different configurations can be designed. Dielectric elastomer actuators with different structure designs are summarized, and their performance characteristics, processing technology and potential applications are discussed.
