芳纶浆粕对天然橡胶力学性能的影响

摘    要:本文研究了未处理芳纶浆粕(UAP)和表面化学处理芳纶浆粕(TAP)以及TAP用量对天然橡胶静态力学性能、伸张疲劳寿命及动态热机械性能的影响。结果表明,TAP补强效果优于UAP;少量TAP的加入可以显著提高橡胶的综合力学性能,加入1.5份使橡胶撕裂强度提高59.7%,加入0.5份可以使橡胶的100%伸张疲劳寿命提高20.3%,加入1.5份或2份使0℃以上橡胶动态储能模量提高50~88.4%、损耗因子降低13.1~26.0%。

Abstract:The effects of untreated aramid pulp (UAP), surface chemical treated aramid pulp (TAP) and the amount of TAP on the static mechanical properties, tensile fatigue life and dynamic thermomechanical properties of NR were studied. The results show that the effect of TAP is better than UAP, a small amount of TAP can significantly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of rubber, adding 1.5 phr can increase the tear strength of rubber by 59.7%, adding 0.5 phr can increase the 100% tensile fatigue life of rubber by 20.3%, adding 1.5 phr or 2 phr can increase the dynamic storage modulus of rubber above 0℃ by 50%~88.4%, and reduce the loss factor by 13.1%~26.0%.
