| 摘 要： | 阐述了美国国家图像质量分级标准（NIIRS）及通用图像质量方程（GIQE）。建立了红外遥感器系统设计参数和NIIRS等级之间的定量关系，并给出了NIIRS等级与距离R的仿真曲线。分析了NIIRS等级与GSD，RER，H和G／SNR各参量之间的关系，指出GSD和RER是影响NIIRS等级的最主要因素。

| Abstract: | The National Imagery Interpretability Rating Scale(NIIRS)and General Image Quality Equation(GIQE)are introduced briefly.The quantitative relation between design parameters of the infrared remote sensor and NIIRS scale is first determined,and the simulation curve of NIIRS scale vs R is presented.The analysis of the relationship between NIIRS scale and GSD,RER,H and G/SNR shows that the GSD and RER are the dominant factors in the NIIRS Scale. |
