| 摘 要： | 本文对中草药马齿苋不同部位的总黄酮分别进行了提取、分离和分光光度法测定。结果表明 ,马齿苋各部位的总黄酮含量以根为最高 ,茎次之 ,叶中未检出。可见 ,根和茎部分是提取总黄酮的最好资源

| Abstract: | The flavonoids from different parts of portulaca oleraces L. were extracted,and analyzed by spectrophotometry.The amount of portulaca flavonoids is the highest in root and higher in stems,but not found in leaves,which offers some data for the application of the portulaca oleracea L. |
